I am totally confused, PLEASE HELP!

I am totally lost. Did I post my essay the right way? Do we revise everyone's essay or the same group that we had with the last revision. Do you find this valuable?

I too have been having a very hard time posting my essay. I found no add on icon in the left bottom column. Please help me too! Do you find this valuable?
